We know how it is to be alive. We know our bodies and we know how it works when we are healthy. Everything changes when we become seriously ill, and death approaches.
The booklet The last days of life is about what it can be like in the last phase of life, when you are close to death. It describes what happens with the body and tries to describe something of what happens in the mind when a human being has reached the insight that the end is near. It is aimed at anyone who feels that a family member, friend or other related person is severely ill and will soon die. It is also aimed at those studying to work within healthcare.
The booklet The last days of life is also available in Swedish (Livets sista tid).
